Shipping : Most of our products are hand made to order at our manufacturing facilities in Thailand. Due to special procedures in international shipping we choose from among several shipping coming on the shipping destination. In most cases we use Post  Fedex or DHL.
   
Shipping Rate :

All other product has a minimum shipping and handling charge extra. This includes shipping from Thailand to most of the North America, Europe and Australia.  we will send you an email notification of the exact shipping cost and ship out your order upon your approval.

   
Delivery Time :

Orders will be ready to ship in 2 to 3 weeks after receiving your order and payment approval.  Once we made your order, we will email you a picture of your product for your approval.  It takes 3 to 7 days to ship from Thailand.
   
Returns Policy :

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit. No refunds are permitted. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, and the products must be in their original condition, i.e. shoes must not have been worn and other products must not be in a used condition.
