Shipping : All of our Leather products are handmade to order at our manufacturing facilities in Thailand. Due to special procedures for international shipping, we choose from among several shipping comanies depending on the shipping destination. In most cases we use Post, Fedex or DHL.
   
Shipping Rate :

All other Leather Products have a minimum shipping and handling charge. This includes shipping from our Leather Factory in Thailand to most of North America, Europe and Australia.  We will send you an email notification of the exact shipping cost and ship your order upon your approval.
   
Delivery Time :

Leather orders will be ready to ship in 2 to 3 weeks after receiving your order & payment approval.  Once we make your order, we will email you a picture of your product for your approval.  It takes 3 to 7 days to ship from Thailand.
   
Returns Policy :

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit. No refunds are permitted for custom orders. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your shipment & the products must be in their original condition, i.e. leather shoes must not have been worn & other products must not be in a used condition.
